HIPRA PAKISTAN successfully leads the first roadshow "Advanced coccidiosis control in poultry"

With the aim of improving gut health through better coccidiosis prevention and reducing anticoccidial drug resistance, HIPRA PAKISTAN conducted the first-ever coccidiosis roadshow across Pakistan with the theme “Advanced coccidiosis control in poultry”.


The event attracted more than 100 customers, including breeder and broiler managers, nutritionists, university professors and lecturers, and the most important and influential consultants in the country. The events were held in the cities of Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, and Lahore, where more than 90% of Pakistan's poultry meat and table eggs are produced.

The events were conducted by the area Sales Managers, Dr. Muhammad Jamshaid and Dr. Fraz Anwar, and the Key Account Manager Dr. Hafiz Kashif. The main topics were presented by Dr. Muhammad Usman, Technical Services for coccidiosis vaccines, who discussed the importance and need for rotational programs between fully attenuated coccidiosis vaccines and anticoccidial drugs, with practical and local experiences.

Dr. Santiago de Castro, Business Support Asia DMA, presented the impact of the attenuation of a coccidiosis vaccine on breeders' performance. The Business Manager for HIPRA Pakistan, Dr. Burhan Malik, finally highlighted the importance of technical service and how our team provides this service to offer the best experience to our customers across Pakistan. Before concluding, a Kahoot quiz was conducted with greeting gifts for the winners, hosted by Dr. Muhammad Umer Haider.
