This study demonstrated that the diagnostic performance of the commercially available ELISA tests against L. infantum antigen can vary widely. Moreover, it highlights the fact that CIVTEST® CANIS LEISHMANIA is a reliable test to support the diagnosis of canine leishmaniosis in clinical settings.
