Last October 27th, HIPRA celebrated the opening ceremony of its Taiwan subsidiary in Taipei, which is officially functional since November 1st.

The opening ceremony was attended by the most relevant authorities and key opinion leaders from the Animal Health Industry, as well as by representatives from the main companies located in Taiwan and the new HIPRA distribution network team in Taiwan for the swine line products.

After more than 20 years selling their swine vaccines through an exclusive nationwide distribution system, the company has decided to set up its own subsidiary in Taiwan and promote and develop their swine vaccine business directly.

Speeches were given by Business Manager for HIPRA TAIWAN Mr. Jimmy Cheng and HIPRA Regional Manager for Pacific Asia Mr. Sergi Bruguera.

They explained in more detail HIPRA’s position globally and the company values, which are committed to bring up continuous innovation in prevention for Animal Health around the world and in the Taiwanese swine industry. After the formal ceremony, the attendees were offered a lunch based on spanish traditional recipes, accompanied by Spanish wines.

HIPRA Taiwan celebrated successfully its opening ceremony and saluted the whole swine industry with the commitment to add innovation in prevention for Animal Health and more safety for pork consumers.
