From April 15^th to 19^th, we participated as speakers in the renowned Hatchery Management course held by Royal Pas Reform. Our participation reinforced the critical role of the hatchery to the poultry industry to guarantee the optimal development of the birds' immunity.

The training session, hosted this time in Venezuela, attracted over 30 participants from across Latin America. A wide range of topics related to incubation processes, climate control, good hygiene practices and egg and chick quality control were covered. HIPRA's participation, led by Esteban Contardi, Technical Services from HIPRA Argentina, focused on sharing information about different types of immunity and key points of vaccine management within the hatchery.

Additionally, special attention was also given to in-ovo vaccination processes, highlighting SmartVac, an in-ovo machine containing Embryo Soft Touch® technology, developed by Royal Pas Reform in collaboration with HIPRA.

With this action, HIPRA reinforces its commitment to the hatchery to find the most optimal vaccination solutions to ensure the birds’ immunity.
