Based on the data presented, there was no difference between the vaccinated groups and the control groups in terms of adverse reactions, clinical signs and reproductive parameters, so that SUISENG® can be regarded as a safe vaccine under field conditions. Moreover, the total number of piglets born and piglets born alive improved in the SUISENG® groups. The use of an aqueous adjuvant from ginseng included in SUISENG® reduces adverse reactions and clinical signs after vaccination and therefore improves performance in terms of reproductive parameters compared to a non-vaccinated group.
