How do I know if I have applied correctly for a vacancy at HIPRA?
You will always receive a personalised email from HIPRA confirming that you have applied correctly for a vacancy.
How can I follow up on the vacancy?
You can follow the status of the vacancies you have applied for through your applicant profile. Remember, though, that we will keep you informed through emails throughout each stage of the selection process.
Due to the high volume of applications received, we only contact people who meet the requirements of the position.
I don’t remember my password, what can I do?
You can easily recover your password. To do this, access your Candidates account by clicking on “Forgotten your password?”
The system will then email you a link to change your password.
How long does it take to create a HIPRA account?
It is a quick process, as apart from the contact details, you only have to attach your CV.
Can I send my CV through the employment portal without applying for an offer?
Yes, we call this a spontaneous candidacy.
Can I create alerts on my profile to be informed when new vacancies are available?
Yes, there is an option to save the positions that interest you and create an alert by saving searches for previous vacancies.
Can I apply for multiple selection processes at the same time?
Of course, without any problem.
Can I apply again for an offer where my application has been rejected?
No, the system does not allow you to apply to an offer for which you have already been rejected.
If you subsequently apply for a very similar offer, you will be more successful if you check, before applying, that the requirements have changed since the last time you applied—or that your background or experience has changed to meet the requirements.
How can I update my CV on the job portal?
You just need to enter your profile and change your CV to its most up-to-date version.
The more up-to-date your CV, the better!
What are interviews with HIPRA like?
In our interviews, we ask questions to understand the applicant’s experience that is relevant for the position to which they aspire. However, there are also times when we can go deeper into topics that arise spontaneously.
The selection processes include interviews by competences and disciplines, in which we ask examples of specific employment situations that the applicant experienced in the past and are relevant to the position to which the candidate aspires. These questions will vary, according to the competences we wish to evaluate, which are previously defined by the selection team and the area involved in the selection.
Can I apply for internships at HIPRA?
Every year, we welcome students in internships from different training plans (professional, Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees) and different types of internships (curricular, extracurricular and dual training).
Through the HIPRA portal, you can access and apply for offers specific to students.
How does HIPRA process the personal data collected?
This policy and the corresponding hiring process comply with current personal data protection regulations. At the same time, the registration process requires that all candidates submit their express consent for HIPRA to process personal data in their selection processes. These personal data records are stored only for the period stipulated by applicable regulations. For more information, you can consult our privacy policy.
