Our areas
The HIPRA organisation is made up of four large areas
R&D and Regulatory Affairs
The R&D and Regulatory Affairs area is responsible for conceiving new projects under a single premise: that they should be innovative.
It also makes all HIPRA vaccines available worldwide. It has a team of about 400 employees with different professional profiles: pharmacists, veterinarians, biologists, biotechnologists, laboratory technicians, etc.
Together, they form synergies and make great advances possible.
Corporate Services
This is HIPRA’s corporate area. It includes departments such as Human Resources, Image and Communications, Legal, Travel, Finance and Health and Safety, among others.
It is made up of people with different professional profiles (lawyers, economists, administrative professionals, communications specialists, psychologists, etc.) who are specialised in the health sector.
All these areas provide service and support to the rest of the company in a cross-sectional way.
Operations
The Operations area brings together departments such as Production (in charge of the production of vaccines, for example), Engineering (which manages projects at all levels, from the execution of new buildings to their rehabilitation as well as aspects related to the sustainability of the company) Quality (for example, it monitors the regulations with which we must comply so that our products can reach the entire world, and that our production plants have the corresponding certificates), Logistics, IT, etc.
It is made up of more than 900 professionals from fields as diverse as industrial engineers, mechanical engineers, production technicians and many other profiles.
Business
The Business area of HIPRA is made up of almost 1,000 professionals. It is divided into two major divisions: Animal Health and Human Health.
This is home to the Marketing department, the sales teams (organised by areas around the world), Digital Health and Business Intelligence, among other teams.
The Business area is comprised of teams trained in a wide range of specialities, including veterinary medicine, biology, business administration and management, communication, advertising and public relations, marketing, etc.
