During the event, the company presented HIPRADERMIC^ux, the new version of ID needle free vaccination  

On July 9^th and 10^th, HIPRA celebrated the 10^th anniversary of UNISTRAIN® PRRS in South Korea hosting two events focused on PRRS control through piglet vaccination, which gathered together more than 100 swine veterinarians. The company presented UNISTRAIN® PRRS and HIPRADERMIC^ux as an extraordinary combination to control PRRS within herds.

The events featured the participation of Dr. Carles Vilalta, from the Institute of Agrifood Research and Technology (IRTA), who introduced the current status of PRRS around the world and the importance of piglet vaccination for controlling the disease within and between farms.

The combination of UNISTRAIN® PRRS and HIPRADERMIC® is a game-changing tool in PRRS control, which was demonstrated during the seminars. Alex Wu, Regional Technical Marketing Manager for Asia, provided a retrospective vision of the history of UNISTRAIN® PRRS. Salvador Romero, Global Product Manager, presented the latest trials and results of UNISTRAIN® PRRS against highly pathogenic PRRS strains. Finally, Fernando De Mergelina, Global Product Manager, discussed the benefits of ID needle free vaccination and presented the new device version, HIPRADERMIC® UX.
