Streptococcus uberis is a major bovine mastitis pathogen, often implicated in recurrent mastitis cases that respond poorly to antimicrobial therapy.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the performance of this novel vaccine in dairy farms with a high incidence of S. uberis mastitis.
