The aim of the present study was to evaluate whether PPV-27a is present on farms without reproductive problems relating to PPV where they vaccinate with a vaccine that contains a PPV strain that is genetically different to the PPV-27a.

This study demonstrated that on farms where the PPV-27a-type strain was circulating, vaccination with ERYSENG® PARVO is effective in protecting against PPV disease in terms of reproductive performance.
