HIPRA took part in the 8th edition of the International Conference on Poultry Intestinal Health, held in Manila, Philippines, from April 17^th to 19^th, which gathered together around 1000 participants. As a Silver sponsor, HIPRA was present at the event with a booth showcasing the main digestive vaccines from its portfolio.

The week started with an exclusive Coccidiosis Day session for HIPRA guests, during which various speakers, both internal speakers from HIPRA and external speakers, gave some lectures about the control and prevention of avian coccidiosis, as well as on enhancing intestinal health in birds. The session concluded with a welcome dinner at the Vue Bar of the Bellevue Hotel, where guests enjoyed fantastic views of the city of Manila.

During the conference, HIPRA presented five scientific publications on the most relevant therapeutic areas and performed an oral presentation by Santiago de Castro, Global Product Manager & Business Support Asia, who presented a study on the efficacy of an inactivated Salmonella Enteritidis vaccine against a Salmonella Gallinarum challenge in commercial layers.

Furthermore, HIPRA took this opportunity to strengthen ties not only with various experts in the poultry industry but also with genetics and nutrition companies. With this action, HIPRA once again reinforces its commitment to the poultry industry and consolidates its position as a leader in solutions for avian intestinal health.
