On the occasion of March 8, International Women’s Day, HIPRA has launched a participatory initiative aimed at promoting a shared reflection on equality between women and men and giving a voice to the people who are part of the company.
Through the question “And for you, what should we do in our daily lives to contribute to real and effective equality between women and men?”, professionals from different areas, roles and countries have shared their reflections in a single sentence, showing the diversity of perspectives that coexist at HIPRA.
