On the occasion of March 8, International Women’s Day, HIPRA has launched a participatory initiative aimed at promoting a shared reflection on equality between women and men and giving a voice to the people who are part of the company.

Through the question “And for you, what should we do in our daily lives to contribute to real and effective equality between women and men?”, professionals from different areas, roles and countries have shared their reflections in a single sentence, showing the diversity of perspectives that coexist at HIPRA. These are some of the responses shared:

Equality means ensuring equal career opportunities for women and men in every department, at every level, and in every decision we make.

Ensuring that women and men in the same position receive equal pay. Not contributing to the gender pay gap is also part of building equality.

Identifying, questioning and challenging gender stereotypes, especially those deeply rooted in our society, and daring to propose and promote bold alternatives that foster equity and real equal opportunities for everyone.

The initiative starts from a clear idea: equality is not an abstract concept, but a reality that is built every day through attitudes, decisions and concrete actions. As a company in the health sector, HIPRA understands that innovation and progress are only possible in environments based on respect, inclusion and equal opportunities.

International Women’s Day is an opportunity to pause, reflect and reaffirm our commitment to equality. Building a more equitable society requires involvement, awareness and commitment; change begins with people and becomes stronger when it is built together. With this initiative, we are taking another step forward on this shared path.
